We are excited to announce the launch of a NYP-Columbia University Medical Center Marfan Clinic in June 2017. Our goal is to establish the CUMC Marfan Clinic as the premier site for evaluating and treating patients with Marfan Syndrome and other related connective tissue disorders in the NYC Metro area.
The clinic will be based at ColumbiaDoctors Midtown, 51 W. 51st street, NYC, and will be co-directed by Dr. Hiroo Takayama and Dr. David Engel. The primary care clinic will open in late June, seeing adult patients 18 years of age and over. The primary clinic telephone number is 212-326-8949.
On June, 10th the Clinic will be participating in the Marfan Walk for Victory in Brooklyn.
We are looking forward to launching this initiative and to bringing greater care to those with Marfan Syndrome and related disorders.
