About:

Stacy K Ugras, MD, FACS is board-certified breast surgeon and an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Dr. Ugras is dedicated to the treatment of benign and malignant breast diseases. Dr. Ugras performs all aspects of breast surgery, including breast conservation (lumpectomy), mastectomy, nipple-sparing mastectomy, and axillary lymph node procedures. She works closely with radiologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and plastic surgeons to deliver the highest-quality breast care. Active in research, Dr. Ugras has been published in various medical journals including Annals of Surgical Oncology, The Breast Journal, and Cancer Research. She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and member of The American Society of Breast Surgeons and the Society of Surgical Oncology. After graduating from Weill Cornell Medical College, Dr. Ugras completed her residency in general surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. During residency, she completed a research fellowship in surgical oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She completed her clinical fellowship in breast surgical oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Dr. Ugras sees patients at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital.
