Anna J. Varghese, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CNORAnna Varghese is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the Division of Colorectal Surgery who graduated from Chamberlain University and before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, worked for several years as a Perioperative nurse at NYP/Columbia. Anna works closely with Dr. Pokala Ravi Kiran and all the surgeons in the Division of Colorectal Surgery. She sees patients in collaboration with the Colorectal Attending Surgeons in the outpatient setting and helps support and educate patients and their families being treated in the Division of Colorectal Surgery. Anna has expertise in the evaluation and management of Pelvic Floor Disorders and is experienced in Anorectal Manometry, Biofeedback, and Pelvic Floor Therapy. With her experience in the operating room, she is uniquely able to coordinate and optimize pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
