Caroline Leung, a Physician Assistant and Registered Dietitian, from Queens, New York. She earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from CUNY School of Medicine in 2019. She recently joined the Colorectal Surgery team at NYP-Columbia in 2024, where she combines her medical training with her background in nutrition and dietetics to provide exceptional care to her patients.
