What is Reconstructive Surgery?
For any cancer surgery, the primary goal is always to effectively treat the cancer. But for breast cancer, surgery can have a lasting impact on your self-image and happiness. Treating breast cancer can require the partial (lumpectomy) or complete removal of one or both breasts (mastectomy).
